We are very happy with this model. Just an overnight stop on our way south, but we are happy we chose this Quality Inn. The lobby is clean and bright and the clerk was very friendly and helpful. He accommodated our request to see the room before we booked with no problem. The second floor rooms where we are staying have just been remodeled. Everything smells and appears clean and the bathroom is nicely updated. The furniture appears new, but it is basic. (The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) But OK with us! We just require a clean room! The bedding is nice and seems to be quite comfortable. Although the bed size is a double in width, they are extra long, like a queen. After having problems getting the TV remote to work properly, the clerk ran right up to our room to see that it was fixed. Again, very friendly and accommodating. I will be noting this Quality Inn as a stopping point for future trips. Great quality and value for the price!

Stayed cuz our power was out at the house. My girls and I enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the rooms. It was very unexpected. We intended to stay two nights and had reserved for that. I had a medical emergency that moved me to the hospital and my kids to family, no one left in the room. I did not check out. All said, the next day, when I was originally to checkout, I called from hospital and the manager was extremely reasonable. He told me he’d look into it and call me back. When he did, he explained the cleaners had thought we checked out already and confirmed we were not in the room as we stated. They had zero obligation to do anything, but they gave a full refund for the second day. This is a family run hotel. They clearly take great care in their product and employee training. It’s a few years old, but the rooms are modern, big TV’s, couch, and fresh paint. Lastly, this is a HOTEL, not Motel like its sister location in Alachua. Rooms are all indoors, secure. We’ll def be returning next storm!

We stayed 3 nights in March 2024. The facility clean and very well maintained. There was plenty of hot water. We did not hear anything once we closed the door. The breakfast was somewhere limited (no eggs or meat), but nice and fresh. The bed was an 8 out of 10. Everyone who works there was super polite and helpful. I was impressed with the staff more than anything. Everyone appeared to be hard workers and wanted to help any way they could. We were even approached by the wonderful maintenance man to see if there was anything in our room he did not know needed attention! My only problem was I drove past the entrance more than once; it sits up high on the hill!

Trying to escape hurricane Nicole we came across this little gem of a hotel. The staff was amazing. From the manager who was a great guy. The maintenance man who was very cool with some amazing stories to the head housekeeper who has such a good heart. The rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet! Provided with all the amenities! The breakfast was very good too! And all at such a great price! I would highly recommend this hotel! If I ever have to run from another hurricane this is where I'm going!

The staff was smiling and friendly. Check-in was easy. We were impressed with how clean everything was. When we walked into the hotel, it smelled wonderful like everything had just been cleaned. The breakfast area was extremely immaculate the whole time it was available to the customers. The breakfast attendant was very attentive and friendly. The room was very clean. The water was hot and not lukewarm. The beds were comfortable. It wasn’t overly fancy, but we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

I stayed over two weeks at this location and I must say it was a very pleasant stay. Mr Patel, the owner is a nice man who has staff that's been with him for decades. He has chosen them well. The rooms a clean. The breakfast a standard but prepared better than most. I'd like to mention Chris and William the night clerks. They both are exceptionally good people who are definitely great in the hospitality sector. Thanks men. Mono and Sanford part of the cleaning staff do there jobs with exlilance. You can bounce a quarter off the beds they make. Dennis the maintenance man is probably the best one I've see. Behind the scenes you can count on him doing his job. Thank you Mr Patel for an awesome stay. Much respect.

Just the place we needed for rest. William was a very generous host who even managed to check for a bottom floor room upon arrival, we luckily got it, so blessed. He definitely made us feel welcomed and he was up bright and early to help serve breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfy and just what a tired family needed. I know it can’t always be controlled but I wish breakfast was a little bigger like eggs and bacon, oatmeal etc, there was food but it was lighter food items like fruit, yogurt and cereal. Eggs and meat with breads would be appreciated. Still loved our stay none the less <3 thank you William !
